If the weather is not suitable for flying, balloon flights may be cancelled by civil aviation and we will refund your full payment. We suggest you to reserve your balloon flight for your first available morning. We are able to reschedule your flight to the following day only If we have availability. We do not guarantee to reschedule your flights as the following days may be fully booked.

We will inform you the pick-up time for your balloon flight one day prior to your flight once operation completes planning.

Most commonly used and our preference also are 20 to 28 people capacity balloons. Every basket offers the same space per passenger. On top of that, it is guaranteed that you would have experienced pilot.

From start to finish, your adventure will last about 2.5 hours. While having simple breakfast, you can watch the inflation and preparation of the balloon. The flight itself normally takes around one hour. After the flight, the landing celebration, flight certificate and travel back to your hotel takes about another 30 minutes.

There are different direction winds on different heights. Pilots use winds to show the spectacular fairy chimneys and rock formations. The typical balloon flight can be anywhere from tree level to about 3,900 feet above the ground.

Once you have enjoyed a champagne toast and get your flight certificate, same vehicles you took before the flight will take you back to your hotel. You will be back in time for any additional tours you may have booked for that day.

As it can get cold at balloon time, it is advised that you wear long trousers and tops with long sleeves or a jacket. It is important that you are comfortable, as you will be standing in the balloon for at least an hour, so suitable footwear is highly recommended.

No. If you are pregnant or think that you might be pregnant, you shouldn’t fly with balloons, due to possible bumpy landings.

Children aged 0-5 are not allowed to fly. For maximum safety and enjoyment, our pilots will only fly with children who are old enough to understand a preflight briefing, and tall enough to see over the side of the basket unaided by a parent (typically at least six years old). Since children count as 1 person in the basket, children and adult price are same.

If you decide to cancel your flight, you can do so without any cancellation fee up to 48 hours prior to the flight time.
